Founder and executive officer of BUSINESS WISE, an Algerian social start-up which deals with employment, entrepreneurship and socio-economic development programs. A graduate in International Politics and Conflicts Management from the United States Institute of Peace and have a degree in social SME management of the International Institute of Communication and Marketing. I have a large experience in program management for the cross-border cooperation and human development and have had a career on an international scale in the context of international NGO’s programs such as the United Nations and the bilateral cooperation.

As we’re running our employment project entitled MAHARA’TY : Employment Accelerator that ensures employment of Algerian youth by offering to entry-level job seekers a multidimensional solution and emphasizing development of soft and technical fundamental workplace skills and mentoring for career development, we are joining the Coworking summit to learn more about project management techniques and innovations in training and information technologies to develop creative and interactive online learning platforms. Coworking as a means in fostering youth employment is something we would like to exchange on and learn about through the various participants.
