What?

The Coworking Summit is an annual gathering for founders and managers of coworking, hacker, maker, and art spaces. The 2017 Coworking Summit, “The Future of African Cities” will bring together dynamic changemakers from across the African continent from October 18-20 in Cairo, Egypt.

Who?

The Coworking Summit invites managers or founders of art spaces, coworking spaces, hacker and makerspaces for an annual event. The Coworking Summit empowers these spaces by giving the founders and managers to connect with one another, share their experiences, and expand their networks to a regional and international level.

Why?

More than just a place to work, coworking and innovation spaces serve as an anchor for communities of young, motivated individuals. These spaces are transforming the ways in which people work, creating new types of jobs, and reinvigorating the cultural life of their cities.
